The Refund and Cancellation Policy has to be followed by every user /author / counselee using www.hellotechnokid.com an online or offline services. The policy highlights following:
In all cases (e.g. for book publication, purchase of text book, educational products) refund of amount paid will be refunded every single amount as per the company’s refund policy and Cancellation Policy. In all cases the refund amount will be refunded at least in the next 3 to 4 weeks after deducting the cancellation charge (Included : payment gateway charges / bank transaction charges / maintenance charge / other miscellaneous charges) + NEFT or RTGS transaction charges for refund process / maintenance charges is 1 percent of the total amount.
If you are buying a book, then make the payment through the official payment gateway available at www.hellotechnokid .com and online book store. and other payment All payments need to be made to Hello Technokids account payee bank draft only or pay through NEFT / RTGS, bank draft or directly deposit in Hello Technokids. Authors do not make any payment through any mediator. If the author pays any person or other, Hello Technokids will not be responsible in any way for this. Therefore, the writer should carefully make his payment by observing the bank account details on the official website
PURCHASING TEXT BOOKS
Customer can cancel order within 24 hours after making a payment for the book. The Amount will be refunded in the next 3 to 4 weeks after deduct the cancellation charge. The order can not be canceled after we have shipped the customer’s book / product to the partner courier company or 24 hours. After this, the order can not be canceled in any situation.
In Case you have received a wrong book or damaged book or misprint book, Please inform us within two days from the date of receipt of the book and return it to our office address within 7 days. A new book will be sent to our office within 2-3 business days after receiving the book you have sent. Otherwise, we will be unable to replace the book after more than a week has passed.
